I'm afraid my numbers aren't going to be pretty on Monday. I've stayed within my calories all week ~ but I fell into that trap. The trap I swore I'd never fall into. Actually, I fell into the opposite one. When I first started counting calories, I swore to myself that I wouldn't start eating the synthetic "fake" foods simply to save calories (ie: fat free cheese, "light" this, "sugar free" that, etc...)
Instead, I went the other direction. I've been working out a lot this week to reach my August Excersise Party goals & I've had lots of extra calories available each day. So, I've been letting myself indulge in some rather heavy, salty, (even a little processed) foods. And I feel puffy & bloated because of it.
Tomorrow is my day off from workouts and I intend to eat lots of raw fruits and veggies & hopefully start to detox my body a bit. We'll see what happens on Monday.
