So, I did my first set of
lunges tonight. Two sets, actually. I can't do walking lunges, it's way too painful on my knee (
stupid, unnecessary surgery). So, I put one foot in front of the other and go Up/Down, Up/Down, Up/Down about 15 times. Then I switch legs. Oh, I can feel the burn. You know what's funny? My abs burn almost as much as my legs. I'm a wreck!! LOL!!
