Hugs and good luck to you! I've just caught up on your blog and enjoyed what I read. I can relate a lot to your relationship with food...A LOT...more than I would like to admit, actually. My best advice for the beginning of your journey would be to pick a fitness goal other than losing weight and aspire to that goal. That's what I'm doing, and its really helping me to keep my motivation and focus.I look forward to reading more! And thanks for following my blog as well.
