  1. Hugs and good luck to you! I've just caught up on your blog and enjoyed what I read. I can relate a lot to your relationship with food...A LOT...more than I would like to admit, actually. My best advice for the beginning of your journey would be to pick a fitness goal other than losing weight and aspire to that goal. That's what I'm doing, and its really helping me to keep my motivation and focus.
