A weigh a day

222.4 - yikes. What happened! I went the wrong way! A lot of crappy processed food is to blame. And the fact that ToM is just around the corner. Blah.


  1. Can I say something that may be taken the wrong way?

    I think you should stop focusing on your weight. It's been well over a year and I haven't seen your weight change much. But that doesn't mean you aren't getting healthier. Your more active then I am and I think your should focus on your body fat index and inches rather then weight. Just I thought. Love ya

  3. Thursday 8-12-11: weight 66.7 ˄ (goal 56K – was 70K in Oct)
    Ph. 6.4 ˄ (s/b 7.4) much better. No walk again today – raining.
    It made our local news last night; the Illawarra has had its coldest
    start to summer since 1960, caused by all this rain. I bought a skipping-
    rope and hula hoop – couldn’t do much with the hula hoop, but puffed
    through a few skips with the rope. Results from colonoscopy lend further
    leverage to sticking with a raw/vegetarian diet.
