And today I went to yoga class. And all was right with the world.

We did a lot of lunges. My foot & ankle held up just fine. Tendonitis? Bruised heel? Who? Not me!!


  1. I actually did a yoga DVD workout the other day and kept thinking how slow it was and what a waste of time it was... and then the next day, I was so sore! So I'll be doing it more now!
